PhD student at Oxford
Kat is a PhD student in the department of Physiology, Anatomy and Genetics at the University of Oxford. Her dissertation is in the field of auditory neuroscience with a particular focus on cellular mechanisms in animal models. Her research experiences during undergrad were within clinical psychology, neurobiology, affective neuroscience, and speech processing. Her current research focuses on early math acquisition and executive function. During her MSc in neuroscience she did rotations in auditory neuroscience and the genetics of pain.
